3lbs ground chuck
1lb cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 lb shredded cheese
1.5 cups bread crumbs or crackers
1/2 cup ketchup mixed with 1/4 cup yellow mustard
Mix it all together like a big meatloaf, stir in 1/3 cup of the ketchup mustard mix, then slather the entire thing in the ketchup mustard mix, place it in a veggie basked with the Kamado at about 200-225 until internal temp hits 150, then top it with fried onions, til you hit 165.
